On 21–22 May 2026, the annual company-wide meeting of SPIE LTEC staff took place. The event, organised at the Kolumna Park Hotel in Przygoń near Łódź, brought together teams working on projects in the Mazovia and Lower Silesia regions. The location in the centre of the country provided an ideal logistical hub for participants from Piaseczno and Wrocław.
This year’s gathering held particular significance for the company, coinciding almost exactly with the first anniversary of SPIE LTEC’s official integration into SPIE Polska, which took place on 30 June 2025. The first, formal part of the meeting was devoted entirely to summarising this intensive operational phase. The management team presented a detailed analysis of the company’s current market position and precisely defined the strategic objectives and courses of action for the coming months.
Following the conclusion of the substantive discussion panels, the meeting’s agenda was dominated by team-building activities. The programme of team games and challenges, organised by an external events agency, created an opportunity for healthy competition and a free exchange of experiences between staff from different regions. The team-building segment confirmed the high level of synergy and excellent understanding within the team, which translates into the efficient delivery of demanding projects on a day-to-day basis.
The event concluded in an excellent atmosphere.
