Building systems integration

We are a building systems integrator - we integrate automation, security, teletechnical, energy and specialised technology systems into one coherent environment. Thanks to our open communication protocols and design experience, the BMS becomes an "integration platform" for the entire building.

We integrate, among others:

• BMS and BAS with HVAC systems, heat substations, chiller plants, geothermal and sanitary installations,
• security systems: fire alarm systems (FAS), voice alarm systems (VAS), CCTV, access control (ACS), intrusion detection systems (IDS), nurse call systems, gas detection systems, and smoke extraction systems,
• energy systems: switchgear, UPS, generators, PV installations, EV charging stations, energy storage,
• information and structural LAN/WAN systems, IP/DECT telephony systems.

The result is a single operator environment in which technical services, security teams, and facility management have a complete overview of the situation — from indoor comfort and energy consumption to fire alarms and intrusion events.
