Energy management systems (EMS, PME)
Effective energy management is one of the most important elements of a building's operational strategy today. On the basis of BMS platforms, we implement EMS/PME (Energy Management System / Power Monitoring Expert) class solutions, which enable precise measurement, analysis and optimisation of the consumption of all utilities.
What we monitor:
- electricity (active/reactive energy, power, currents, voltages, THD),
- heat and cooling (heat and cooling meters, node operating parameters),
- water consumption and other process utilities,
- power production from renewable installations (PV, wind turbines).
Data is collected from energy meters, network analysers, water and heat meters (Modbus, M Bus) and then presented on clear graphic panels and in dedicated energy reports. The system allows the definition of alarm thresholds, automatic notifications of exceedances and the implementation of shedding scenarios.
