At SPIE, we are guided by a very precise goal: zero accidents! Concern for occupational safety is the guiding principle for all our activities - irrespective of the level in the company structure.
Occupational safety, health and environmental protection is not only about compliance with legislation; it is above all about being conscious not to endanger ourselves and others. SPIE's top priority is to follow methods that are safe and protect the environment at the same time. The danger is sometimes invisible, but always real. It is up to all of us to create an accident-free working environment. The SPIE safety principles are subject to mandatory application by all employees, trainees and SPIE collaborators.

ONE SPIE Safety Day
Every year, we celebrate a Group Safety Day in all SPIE branches worldwide. On this day, thematic workshops, trainings and demonstrations are held to build awareness in the area of occupational health and safety. With this event, we effectively strengthen the safety culture in our organisation.

We are proactive in our relationships with clients. Our specialists know exactly what solutions to use in order to make the level of security in the facilities we serve as high as possible. We are happy to propose modifications, which we implement after detailed arrangements and approval of the Client.
The SPIE Central Europe Group has implemented an occupational health and safety management system compliant with the requirements of ISO 45001.
Cyclical Occupational Health and Safety Campaigns
As part of occupational safety and improving the behaviour of Employees in the work environment, we conduct monthly occupational health and safety campaigns addressed to our Employees.
Our overarching goal is to take care of the health of all SPIE Employees, Temporary Employees and third parties.
As part of our health and safety campaigns, we discuss topics such as:
- Safe working at height,

- Electrical safety.
