On 2 February 2026, the merger of the companies was formally completed by an entry in the National Court Register, in accordance with the Plan of Merger dated 30 October 2025.
As a result of the merger, SPIE LTEC sp. z o.o. was acquired by SPIE LTEC Technologie sp. z o.o, which took over all its assets, rights and obligations, continuing to operate as a single entity.
The merger is an important element of the SPIE Group's strategy and is aimed at simplifying the Group's organisational structure in Poland, increasing transparency of operations and further strengthening operational efficiency.
