On 30 June 2025, LTEC Group officially became part of SPIE Poland. The transaction was finalised after all formal requirements had been met, including the approval of the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection.

In our country, the company has joined the group of 7 companies whose activities are mainly related to supporting the transformation of the energy sector, improving the energy performance of buildings and contributing to the sustainable development of cities and regions. These companies are:

- SPIE Energy Poland,
