We are delighted to announce that LTEC is embarking on a new phase of growth - we have signed an agreement to sell our company to the SPIE Group, a European leader in the field of technical services in the building and industrial environment.
Joining the SPIE Group is a great opportunity for us to grow further - both competently and organisationally. Together with SPIE, we will be able to offer our customers an even wider range of services, benefiting from the experience and background of the international Group.
Finalization of the transaction is planned for Q2 2025, once all standard formal conditions have been met.
