About SPIE LTEC Technologies

The beginnings of LTEC can be traced back to 2008, when LT System Consulting s. j. (LTSC) was founded by Jarosław Teżycki and Zbigniew Łełyk. These two engineers, with extensive experience in building automation and BMS and Security systems (Access Control, Surveillance Television), had previously worked for Andover Controls and Delta Controls - leaders in the supply of industry-wide technology.
Then, the company primarily provided consulting, design and engineering services for the largest integrators in the market. A new phase of development began in 2012, when LTSC signed its first construction contracts, becoming an independent solutions integrator. The formal and legal consequence of this change was the establishment of LT Engineering Consulting Sp. z o.o., later transformed into LTEC Sp. z o.o.

Between 2012 and 2016, the company built a reputation, gathered experience and accumulated capital. This, together with new credentials, allowed it to successfully undertake increasingly large projects, especially in the field of building automation and BMS. Specialists from various fields were recruited - in 2016, Tomasz Szolc and his team joined the team to gain experience in companies that were market leaders at the time. This led to a rapid increase in the company's growth rate and a strengthening of its market position. As a consequence, the scope of activities was expanded, adding the offer of teletechnical, telecommunication and electrical installations to automation and BMS services. We did not have to wait long for the results - between 2016 and 2020 there was a 10-fold increase in the value of the company.

The next important milestone in the company's history was 2025, when the company joined the international SPIE group. With this event, the company changed its name to SPIE LTEC, opening a new phase of development.
